  • Worked with Scott Madden on understanding the legislation and the order’s wholesale market rules. Created custom market analysis through qualitative data analysis for integrated resource planning under each ISO’s participation models for energy, capacity, and ancillary markets by reviewing the regulatory proposals and whitepapers.

  • Developed an idea for global investment vehicle that enables companies to hedge against carbon prices and whose revenues fund carbon offset programs in countries with new ETS markets. Competed as one of 12 finalists out of 95 participants.
